Location of the village of Pellevoisin
Pellevoisin is a small village in the Indre department in the heart of France, between Tours and Châteauroux: 80km from Tours, 35km from Châteauroux, and 12km from Buzançais.
Means of access
By road :
3.5 hours from Paris, via the A20 motorway.
take the A20 to Châteauroux, then on the Châteauroux – Tours (N 143), take the direction of Buzançais, then Pellevoisin.
By train :
1) From Châteauroux
In Châteauroux, you need to take the bus: the bus station is very close to the SNCF train station.
The “Ligne_S” information sheet (download here) lists the few direct Châteauroux-Pellevoisin connections.
Otherwise, there are frequent connections between Châteauroux and Buzançais, 10 km from Pellevoisin, where you can take a cab (Société de cab ABC: 02 54 84 06 11). You’ll find timetables for these connections in the “REMI Buzancais” document (download here).
2) From Tours
From Tours, take the bus to Buzançais. Timetables can be found in the “REMI Buzancais” document (download here).
From Buzançais to Pellevoisin, you can take a cab (Société de cab ABC : 02 54 84 06 11).
